This policy (together with our terms of use and any other documents referred to on it) sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us. Please read the following carefully to understand our views and practices regarding your personal data and how we will treat it. For the purpose of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the data controller is Instep Dance Club Portsmouth.

Instep Dance Club Portsmouth is committed to ensuring that your privacy & data is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.

 

Instep Dance Club Portsmouth promise not to sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we are required by law to do so.

INFORMATION WE MAY COLLECT FROM YOU

We may collect and process the following data about you:

• The information you give us. • Any medical condition that may affect your ability or enjoyment of your dance lesson.

Who has access to my information? Instep Dance Club Portsmouth personnel have access to your personal information only to manage the business.

We will only hold your personal information for a maximum of 24 months following your last attendance. All data will be promptly & permanently erased thereafter.

Instep Dance Club does not have any automated systems in place that makes a decision on your data without personal intervention or conduct profiling of any nature.
